Receipts and Rules - What ABWE Donors Should Expect
We will mail (or email, upon request) you a receipt for your gifts. The receipt will meet all IRS requirements for substantiating your deduction for support and ministry gifts. If your gift is intended for the personal use of a missionary (a birthday or Christmas gift) or you requested one of our resources with your gift, the receipt shows the portion of your gift which is not tax deductible. Along with your receipt, we will enclose a letter from our President, Michael G. Loftis, who will share with you, our partner, what is on his heart in ministry, as well as thank you for your prayers and support in helping our missionaries worldwide spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. We will also enclose other information from time to time to keep you informed about services, resources and giving opportunities.
As a donor, you will receive our quarterly publication, the Message, full of information, stories, church and children's materials and resources about missions worldwide. The magazine is free, but if the Lord leads you to help with this ministry, we thank you in advance.
